A natural alliance

The operations of Excellence Life Insurance Company and its parent company, Industrial Alliance Insurance and Financial Services Inc., are merged under the iA Financial Group brand, effective January 1, 2020.

This merger will ensure the synergy of both companies’ operations and improve operational efficiency.

The integration of our operations is primarily a matter of sound management and continuous improvement in favour of a seamless advisor experience and a simpler client experience under one major national brand.

Don’t worry! As a client, this merger will not impact you. This means you have no action to take and you will continue to enjoy the same products, conditions and commitment you enjoyed before.
